Objeto Técnico y Partidas: Contratación correspondiente a: SERVICIO MEDICO INTEGRAL DE CENTRAL DE EQUIPOS Y ESTERILIZACION (CEYE). Detalle técnico: A TRAVÉS DE LA SUBDIRECCIÓN DE AUXILIARES DE DIAGNOSTICO DE ESTE HOSPITAL EN SU CALIDAD DE ÁREA REQUIRENTE - TÉCNICA SE LLEVAN A CABO LAS ACCIONES NECESARIAS PARA GARANTIZAR LA CONTINUIDAD DE LA ADQUISICIÓN LOS BIENES ANTES MENCIONADO; LAS ACCIONES EFECTUADAS, SE ENCUENTRAN APEGADAS A LAS NORMAS DE AUSTERIDAD Y DISCIPLINA PRESUPUESTARÍA DE LA PRESENTE ADMINISTRACIÓN, CONSIDERANDO LA GENERACIÓN DE AHORROS INMEDIATOS Y DEBIDAMENTE CUANTIFICABLES EN BENEFICIO DE LA POBLACIÓN A LA CUAL SE LE PROPORCIONAN LOS SERVICIOS MÉDICOS EN ESTE HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE ALTA ESPECIALIDAD DE CIUDAD VICTORIA, ADSCRITO A LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD DEL INSTITUTO MEXICANO DEL SEGURO SOCIAL PARA EL BIENESTAR EN LOS SUCESIVO IMSS-BIENESTAR. LA CONTRATACIÓN DE LA SERVICIO MEDICO INTEGRAL DE CENTRAL DE EQUIPOS Y ESTERILIZACION (CEYE)" SE ENCUENTRA DESCRITO EN EL ANEXO TÉCNICO OBJETO DEL PRESENTE PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONTRATACIÓN; EL CUAL SEÑALA LA CANTIDAD REQUERIDA Y LA ESPECIFICACIÓN DE LOS BIENES SOLICITADOS. El alcance técnico comprende el suministro, entrega o prestación conforme al catálogo de conceptos, partidas y especificaciones oficiales estipuladas en el pliego de requisitos. 3. Calendario Oficial: Presentación y Apertura de Proposiciones: 2025-01-15. Junta de Aclaraciones y Fallo: Conforme al cronograma oficial establecido en la convocatoria. 4. Lugar, Plazo y Condiciones: Lugar de Entrega / Cumplimiento: TAMAULIPAS. Presupuesto Base: $357,325.20 MXN. Plazo y Condiciones: Conforme a los términos y condiciones de entrega estipulados en las bases. 5. Requisitos Clave para Concursar: - Opinión de cumplimiento fiscal (Art. 32-D CFF) vigente en sentido positivo expedida por el SAT. - Opinión de cumplimiento de obligaciones en seguridad social (IMSS) e INFONAVIT vigentes y sin adeudos. - Acreditación de existencia legal (acta constitutiva en RPC) y poder notarial general del representante legal. - Propuesta técnica y económica con cédula de partidas, fichas técnicas y carta de garantía del fabricante. - Garantía de cumplimiento de contrato mediante fianza por el 10% del importe adjudicado (Art. 48 LAASSP).
